Fightful Select reports that Major League Wrestling (MLW) is taking important steps to expand the depth of their women’s division by adding more matches and talent. The initiative to enhance the women’s division will begin at the MLW x Don Gato Tequila: Lucha de los Muertos event on Thursday, November 20th, at The Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, South Carolina.
Currently, the MLW Women’s Featherweight Champion is Shoko Nakajima, who has held the title for 209 days after winning it from Delmi Exo at Battle Riot in April. There are no updates yet on which new talents might be added to the women’s roster, but information will be shared as it becomes available.
