TNA Wrestling star Moose, who is part of The System, announced he is taking a step back following his loss to Leon Slater at last weekend's TNA Slammiversary.
According to Bryan Alvarez on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Moose sustained an injury early in the match after performing a flip dive from the apron to the floor. Alvarez noted that Moose bounced off the ringside mat but quickly got back to his feet. Despite the impact, he continued wrestling while coping with the injury, which resulted in several planned spots being cut from the match.
Alvarez also revealed that the injury is believed to be back-related, but there is currently no information on when Moose will return to TNA programming.
