-- In a follow-up to the news story about Vince McMahon firing one of Smackdown’s lead writers, Christopher DeJoseph, the Wrestling Observer Newsletter notes that there are a lot of different versions of what happened that led to his release. One consistent version is that he was on Zoom call with Stan Stansky, the SVP of Creative Services as well as Kevin Moore, the SVP of E-Commerce and Venue Merchandise and ended up saying things he shouldn’t have which came across as “bad” to them. When the story got to Vince McMahon, he didn’t waste much time in letting him go.
