-- WWE announced earlier today that Sasha Banks will be sidelined for 6-8 months after she suffered a foot injury. While WWE waited to make the announcement today, fightfulselect.com reports that internally the company knew she would be gone for a couple months as early as the next day as on January 3, the creative team was given clear direction that Banks wouldn't be available and that she wasn't expected to be ready for the Royal Rumble either. Fortunately, at this point the 6-8 month timetable would mean that she should be ready with plenty of time to spare for WrestleMania.
