More On TNA Shows Getting Canceled; Early Plans For Next Week's TV Shows

-- TNA ended up canceling their TV tapings this weekend in Spartanburg due to the effects of Hurricane Helene though they tried their best to fit in the shows at some point over the next several days.

-- Fightfulselect.com reports that TNA looked at dates all the way from Friday to Tuesday to fit in the shows due to the fact that the tapings were expected to serve as the build for the upcoming Bound for Glory PPV later in October. The company went through "heavy promotion" for the shows by having the Hardy Boyz travel to Spartanburg earlier in the week to do media.

-- TNA staff that were already in Spartanburg faced a tough time as the power went out in the hotel they were all staying. Because there were no vacancies anywhere else, some had to charge their devices in their cars and ultimately due to the dangers of the hurricane and the lack of power, the decision was made to cancel the tapings.

-- While not confirmed, there are whispers that TNA may run Skyway Studios in Nashville next week to get the shows in. This would be where the promotion filmed their events during the pandemic and it also hosted Slammiversary 2021. As for next week's show, the early word is that the episode would be turned into a "Best of Bound For Glory" show.
