Last Monday night's episode of RAW saw Big E successfully cash-in his MITB briefcase on Bobby Lashley to become the new WWE Champion. Several hours later, MVP would then take to his Instagram account and post a photo of himself sitting next to Shelton Benjamin, with the caption, “Discussing business with an old acquaintance,” leading fans to speculate that The Hurt Business could be reunited on RAW soon.
Cedric Alexander, the other former Hurt Business member, would take to his Twitter account and write, “If only you had some backup”
The Hurt Business held all the championship gold at one point earlier this year and where split up in late March. The split of the Hurt Business received a lot of criticisms from fans and talents as well as from WWE legend Dave Batista. Lashley and MVP noted in a past interview that they tried to talk to WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon into not breaking up the faction, but they were unsuccessful.
Aside from Bobby Lashley, MVP, Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, there have also been reports of Keith Lee possibly going The Hurt Business, but that has yet to be confirmed.
