Name Of Vince McMahon's New Entertainment Company Revealed In Court Filings

The reports from last year of Vince McMahon's plans to start a new "entertainment hub" company appear to be coming true.

First reported by Wrestlenomics, McMahon has launched his business venture, forming an investment firm called 14TH & I, which focuses on sports, media, and entertainment opportunities.

Public filings show McMahon registered three similarly named LLCs in September of 2024 - all of which are headquartered in Stamford, CT. Wrestlenomics noted that "two related trademark applications are pending with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office - '14TH&I' (without spaces) and '14TH & I' (with spaces) cover two classes of business: private equity fund investment and entertainment production. The filings suggest the firm intends to engage in both private equity investment and the development of scripted programming."

Brad Blum, a former WWE executive and supporter of Vince McMahon's, has updated his LinkedIn profile to suggest that he is the President of the new company and he has a blurb on his profile that says the following:

"14th & I is a private investment firm focused on the sports, media, & entertainment sectors. We are a disciplined, flexible, long-term capital and strategic partner, primarily targeting buyouts/majority deals, as well as selective growth-oriented minority investments. We seek to partner with and empower exceptional management teams, providing deep expertise, capability, and relationships to help drive significant long-term value."

The company's name "14th & I" appears to be a reference to Capitol Wrestling Corporation - the predecessor to WWE which was headquartered at the corner of 14th and I Streets in Washington D.C. many decades ago when Vince's father was leading it.
