Netflix Officially Announces Deal Confirming They Will House Past WWE PLEs

After adding pretty much all of WWE's PPV/PLE archives to their library on January 1, Netflix has officially announced that they are the new home for the wrestling promotion's archived content for events prior to September 2025. The Hollywood Reporter added that it is believed to be a multi-year agreement though no financial terms are available.

WWE's deal for their PLE content library expired at the end of the year and the fate of old shows was a question mark though quickly answered as 2025 ended when Netflix quietly added titles to their list. Premium live events following September 2025 will continue to be streamed and available on ESPN's app (for American viewers). Peacock will continue to have a small WWE presence, having the rights to stream Saturday Night's Main Event and NXT PLEs moving forward as well as holding Smackdown archives. Netflix owns the rights to the Raw archives.

Internationally, all WWE content is available through Netflix - including Raw, Smackdown, NXT and past and future PLEs.
