Last night's episode of MLW Fusion saw Lio Rush retain his MLW Middleweight Title, while also winning the AAA Cruiserweight Title, which now makes him a double champion. This championship match was MLWโs first-ever Inter-promotional Title vs. Title Match, which saw Rush secure the victory after hitting a bottom rope cutter and his Final Hour finisher off the top rope on Laredo Kid.
Laredo Kid was just shy of holding the AAA Cruiserweight Championship for two years, after winning it back on February 16th, 2019, at AAA Conquista Total in Morelia, Michoacรกn, Mexico.
