Former AEW Star and current WWE Star "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes made his highly-anticipated WWE return at WrestleMania 38 Night One, when he faced Seth Rollins in Singles action and came out of the match with a huge and hard-earned victory. There were reports that Brandi Rhodes, the wife of The American Nightmare, was backstage at WrestleMania 38 as she was visiting her friends, but that is not the only reason she was there.
Fightful Select reports that even though there are no plans at the moment to bring Brandi Rhodes back to the company and have her appear on WWE programming, she had numerous productive conversations with several top people in the promotion during WrestleMania weekend and that could eventually lead to her return down the line. It was also mentioned that Brandi Rhodes is currently keeping herself busy with her unscripted content, but she has also been in the ring training.
Since her departure from All Elite Wrestling, Brandi Rhodes is reportedly looking to take her Shot Of Brandi cooking show to a television network and she even noted on a press release that she is excited to see her show evolve and now that she is working with DIGA, the best is yet to come. Deadline would report that DIGA Studios is currently shopping the project to broadcasters and streamers. Back on May 12th, 2011, Brandi Rhodes began working for the WWE as a ring announcer until she was granted her WWE released on May 24th, 2016, just days after her husband Cody Rhodes also requested his release.
