-- WWE will be holding SummerSlam tomorrow in Nashville, TN and at one point, the weather forecast called for a chance of thunderstorms prompting many to wonder how the company would handle something like that if a storm rolled through during the broadcast.
-- According to a report from pwinsider.com, WWE is prepared for the thunderstorms and are also aware that they may have to pause the show if the weather is bad enough. If this happens, WWE has an indoor area that is set up and ready to go that would more or less function the same as the WWE pre-show panel. The contingency plan is that if bad weather arrives, the PPV will likely be paused and the cameras will shift to that indoor area where talents and analysts will do interviews to kill time until the inclement weather passes. So for those wondering, the company is prepared and in fact, it wouldn't be the first time WWE had to deal with weather at a PPV (WrestleMania 37, IYH: Beware of Dog in 1995).
