NFL's George Kittle Pitches Idea To Solve WrestleMania Fan Outrage During Super Bowl LVIII Presser, Triple H Reacts

George Kittle has an idea on how to make everyone happy heading into WrestleMania Season.

The NFL superstar tight end for the San Francisco 49ers, who are preparing for their Super Bowl LVIII showdown against Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs this coming Sunday, spoke about the ongoing WWE fan-controversy surrounding The Rock, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns and the main event of WrestleMania XL.

During a recent press conference, Kittle, who has also made a cameo appearance at a past WrestleMania himself after turning up at last year's WrestleMania 39 two-night premium live event and tackling The Miz, pitched an idea on how to satisfy everyone involved in the current entanglement in WWE heading into their annual two-night event on "The Grandest Stage of Them All."

Kittle suggested that WWE book Roman Reigns vs. Cody Rhodes II for the WWE Universal Heavyweight Championship as the main event of WrestleMania 40, with The Rock serving as the special guest referee.

This way The Rock can be involved, plant a seed for his eventual showdown against his cousin, Roman Reigns, and Cody Rhodes can finally "finish his story" like the fans so badly want to see happen this year.

WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque caught wind of the pitch made by the 49ers tight end, and took to social media on Tuesday to respond.

"The People's Tight End knows what's up..." wrote Triple H via X in a post re-tweeting the video of George Kittle suggesting the idea at a recent press conference.
