-- Nia Jax made her return to WWE on tonight's Monday Night Raw, attacking Raquel Rodriguez first and then Rhea Ripley afterwards. According to a report by fightfulselect.com, Jax has been signed to a WWE contract as far back as a month when the company's hiring freeze effectively ended as the merger with Endeavor drew closer.
-- The report adds that Jax's signing was the first one that WWE made after Vince McMahon forced his way back into the company that actually has made it onto TV. While the sale to Endeavor officially goes through tomorrow, Jax's return is not to said to be related to that in any way as many internally believed that she would have already debuted by now given that she was signed in the July-August timeframe. Jax was released from WWE back in 2021 as part of cost cutting initiatives and largely stayed away from the wrestling scene except for a one-off appearance at the Royal Rumble earlier this year.
