The Nightmare Factory Files Two New Trademarks

On Sunday, May 15, The Nightmare Factory filed to trademark the company’s name and the company’s logo with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) for merchandising purposes and educational services. The trademark filing was done through "Gimmick Attorney" Michael E. Dockins, who has helped several Indie wrestling stars and AEW Stars file their trademarks as well.

The Nightmare Factory is a professional wrestling training center in Atlanta, Georgia and it is owned and operated by top WWE Star "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes and top All Elite Wrestling Star QT Marshall. The Nightmare Factory was established in 2020 and it produced a number of up and coming AEW Stars, which have been featured on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation on numerous occasions.

Below is the use description submitted to the USPTO:

“G & S: Hats; Shirts; Socks; Bandanas; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts”, as well as “G & S: Educational services, namely, providing on-line classes, seminars, workshops, and camps in the field of professional wrestling; Entertainment in the nature of wrestling contests; Providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network.”
