As previously reported, top AEW Star Eddie Kingston is set to compete at NJPW's Strong Nemesis Event, but it wasn't revealed at the time who he will be facing. NJPW recently announced that Eddie Kingston will be facing Gabriel Kidd in Singles action.
Eddie Kingston last competed for NJPW at the promotion's recent Strong Showdown 2021 show, when Eddie teamed with Jon Moxley, in a losing effort to Lance Archer and Minoru Suzuki, while Gabriel Kidd made his NJPW in-ring debut on the Road to New Beginning tour last January 2020 and last competed for NJPW at their Strong tapings last November 15th after being out of action for more than six months.
The Strong Nemesis Event will be the promotion's final NJPW Strong tapings of 2021 and is set to take place on Thursday, December 9th from The Vermont Hollywood in Los Angeles, California.
