NJPW previously announced four matchups for their STRONG: Autumn Action television tapings on Sunday, September 11th inside Sam’s Town Live in Las Vegas, Nevada and those matches are Tomohiro Ishii going up against "Filthy" Tom Lawlor in Singles action, Rocky Romero battling Shingo Takagi in a one-on-one match, Blake Christian and Mascara Dorada facing Mistico and Alex Zayne in Tag Team action and Bullet Club ("Switchblade" Jay White, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson) facing Wheeler Yuta, Eddie Kingston and Homicide in a 6-Man Tag Team Match.
Four more matches have recently been added by New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) for their STRONG: Autumn Action tapings and those matches are Shota Umino taking on QT Marshall in a Singles Match, Ren Narita facing Juice Robinson in a Singles Match, Kevin Knight battling Che Cabrera in a one-on-one match and Kevin Blackwood going up against Ariya Daivari in a Singles Match.
