As we reported earlier during HHH's Post-TakeOver 31 Conference Call NXT Champion Finn Balor was en route to a local hospital for x-rays on his jaw, and Kyle O'Reilly was currently being evaluated as well. Since that time, an injury update has been released by WWE.com following TakeOver 31 pay-per-view event!
As seen during the original broadcast, both competitors bled from the mouth during the WWE NXT TakeOver 31 main event, which saw "The Prince" Finn Balor retain his NXT Championship title.

In an update, WWE has announced that O'Reilly suffered several broken teeth during the match with Balor. He is being evaluated for additional injuries.
It was also announced that Balor is being evaluated for potential facial fractures. He was taken to a local hospital for CAT scans to determine if he suffered any fractures of the face during the match.

Injury update on Finn Bálor and Kyle O'Reilly
The main event of NXT TakeOver 31 was a brutal, hard-hitting battle for the NXT Championship between Finn Bálor and Undisputed ERA's Kyle O'Reilly. In the aftermath of the grueling main event, it has become evident that both Superstars are worse for wear.
O'Reilly has a number of broken teeth as a result of the fight with The Prince, WWE.com has learned. O'Reilly is also being evaluated for additional injuries.
WWE.com can also report that Bálor has been taken to a local medical facility for CAT scans to determine if he suffered potential facial fractures in his successful title defense.
