NXT TakeOver 36 Location Reportedly Being Discussed To Be Changed

As previously reported, a major announcement was made during this past Tuesday night's episode of NXT that the next NXT TakeOver Event called NXT TakeOver: 36 will be taking place on Sunday, August 22nd, which is the day after the WWE SummerSlam PPV Event. It was also announced that NXT TakeOver: 36 will take place from the Capitol Wrestling Center at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

There are reports indicating that despite the WWE advertising the show to take place in Orlando there are talks that the company could move NXT TakeOver: 36 to a new location, preferably Las Vegas, as it makes perfect sense for NXT TakeOver: 36 to take place in front of an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 fans, or maybe even more compared to the 300 fans inside the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando.

Since WWE is already holding the SummerSlam PPV Event in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium and fans from all over the globe are traveling to Las Vegas, possibly for the Pacquiao vs. Spence Jr. bout as well, WWE can bring in an estimated 5,000 to 10,000 fans, maybe even more. The only match announced for WWE NXT TakeOver: 36 as of this writing is NXT UK Champion WALTER defending his NXT UK Title against Ilja Dragunov, but it was revealed during the latest set of TV Tapings what the main event of TakeOver: 36 will be.
