Orange Cassidy Says Jon Moxley Has Become An AEW Locker Room Leader: "I Am Forever In His Debt"

Jon Moxley led the "paradigm shift" in the pro wrestling industry when he became the first top-level WWE Superstar to directly jump-ship from WWE to AEW back in May of 2019.

Now he's the locker room leader in All Elite Wrestling.

That's how Orange Cassidy sees things.

The "Freshly Squeezed" AEW International Champion recently spoke with Adrian Hernandez on 98.5 KLUC out of Las Vegas, Nevada for an in-depth interview, during which he spoke about how he views "The Death Rider" as the leader of the AEW locker room.

"Jon Moxley is a leader for AEW and I think a lot of people look to Jon Moxley for leadership," Cassidy said. "I am too, like Jon Moxley, a person that leads by example and I saw the example that he was setting and I was like, ‘You know, I want to do that.’ I try."

Cassidy continued, "I try, but no one can be Jon Moxley because there is no (other) Jon Moxley. I am forever in his debt for him changing and bringing out this version of me that is clearly a better version because I still have [AEW International Title]."
