OutSports has recently announced its top 200 LGBTQ wrestlers of 2025, with Toni Storm, EFFY, Mike Bailey, and others making it into the top 10. The outlet introduced its Queer Wrestling Index (QWI) 200 over the past week, revealing the top 20 on Monday.
EFFY claimed the number one spot, followed by Toni Storm, VENY, DARK Sheik, and Charli Evans in the top five.
