Paul Heyman could be returning in front of the WWE Universe in the near future.
The WWE performer has not been on television since being attacked by Brock Lesnar at the WWE SummerSlam 2022 pay-per-view in late-July. He did, however, appear in the form of a voice-over, as he narrated the 'cold open' video package for the NXT Heatwave 2022 special event, the WWE Extreme Rules 2022 pay-per-view and a series of videos leading up to the Roman Reigns vs. Drew McIntyre match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at the recent WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 special event in Cardiff, Wales.
Heyman has reportedly been purposely kept off of WWE television since the attack angle at SummerSlam a couple of months ago.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com, Heyman was in attendance at the WWE Clash At The Castle 2022 show in Cardiff earlier this month. He was rumored to return during the show, but the company ultimately decided to keep his return saved for a "dynamic return" at a later date and time.
The Bloodline is scheduled to appear on tonight's episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX, but there is no definitive word as to whether or not he will return on the show alongside the group consisting of Roman Reigns, The Usos & Solo Sikoa, or if his return will be saved for the aforementioned "dynamic return."
