WWE Hall of Famer and current All Elite Wrestling Star Paul Wight recently appeared on The "Wrestling Classic’s Casual Conversations” podcast and discussed how fellow WWE Hall of Famer "Stone Cold" Steve Austin would kick the sh*t out of him for 3 to 4 minutes during a match in the U.K.
Paul Wight said:
“He would kick the sh*t out of me for about 3 or 4 minutes, beat me, and pour beer on my head..”
Paul Wight also talked about how Vince McMahon wanted him to go over The Texas Rattlesnake in a match in London, but Stone Cold told Vince people paid a lot of money to see him hit a few stunners and not lose to the Big Show.
Paul Wight said:
“Vince, these people paid a lot of money to see Stone Cold Steve Austin drink a few beers and hit a few stunners, not do a job to the freaking Big Show.”
Paul Wight then talked about how Stone Cold told him to kick out of his stunner, but he was afraid if he did that he will get fired.
Paul Wight said:
“So as he’s covering me, he’s telling me to kick out.” “You’ve heard the horror stories of the older dudes, this guy is gonna get me fired.”
