Pro Wrestling Legend Super Porky Passes Away At The Age Of 58

A heart-wrenching and sad announcement was recently made by Mas Lucha on their talk show that Mexican wrestling legend José Luis Alvarado Nieves (A.K.A. Brazo de Plata and Super Porky) has passed away at the age of 58. There is no word yet on the cause of Super Porky's death, but updates will be provided once it is made available.

In 1977, Super Porky made his pro wrestling debut when he teamed with his brother, Brazo de Oro (Gold Arm), and competed as a masked wrestler called Brazo de Plata (Silver Arm). Porky then joined CMLL in 1985 and spent more than 20 years with the promotion, later adopting the nickname Super Porky.

In 2005, Porky competed in the WWE for a short period of time, when he joined the WWE SmackDown brand as part of the Juniors comedy division. Porky then joined AAA in 2009 and competed on the independent scene as well as in CMLL until 2016.

We here at Rajah.com send our condolences to the family, friends and fans of Brazo de Plata.
