-- Tuesday's episode of NXT was up in overnight viewership numbers released yesterday, drawing an average audience of 794,000 and an 18-49 rating of 0.26. Both figures are substantial increases from last week and the rating is actually tied for the second highest since 2019, behind only the 0.30 that NXT drew about a month ago when WWE stacked the show against AEW Dynamite. One reason for the solid viewership is that there was minimal sports competition with only a sparsely watched NHL game on TNT.
-- AEW Dynamite's audience on Wednesday dipped marginally to 804,000 viewers and a 0.27 rating. The audience is the fifth lowest for Dynamite in 2023 and including this show, three others in the lowest five have all taken place in the last month and a half. Dynamite finished #5 on cable, behind two NBA games as well as other programming related to basketball.
