Ratings: AEW Dynamite Posts Strong Audience Against World Series, NXT Down

-- Tuesday's NXT show, which was week two of the show dubbed "Halloween Havoc" was down in viewership figures released yesterday. The episode generated an average of 674,000 viewers, the lowest in over a month, and a 0.20 rating in the 18-49 demo. Airing on Halloween night, the show went head-to-head against game four of the World Series, which won the nightly charts off of a 1.72 rating and about 8.5 million viewers. Year-over-year, NXT continues to be up especially in the key demo where this year's figure was over 50% higher than last year.

-- AEW Dynamite meanwhile averaged an impressive 832,000 viewers and a 0.28 rating going up against what turned out to be the final game of the World Series that drew over 11 million viewers and a 2.32 rating in P18-49. There were also two basketball games that finished ahead of Dynamite but the show still managed to produce healthy week-over-week gains in both audience and rating.
