On the June 28th episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, a #1 Contender's Battle Royal took place, where The Viking Raiders (Erik and Ivar) came out of as the winners to earn a future shot at AJ Styles and Omos for their RAW Tag Team Championships.
It was recently made official that AJ Styles and Omos will now be defending their RAW Tag Team Titles against The Viking Raiders at the upcoming Money in the Bank PPV Event. It was also announced that on next week's episode of Monday Night RAW, which is the Money in the Bank Go-Home episode, Omos will be making his in-ring Singles debut when he battles Erik. Next week's RAW will also see AJ Styles battle Ivar in a one-on-one match.
The 2021 Money in the Bank PPV Event is set to take place on Sunday, July 18th from the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas.
