On RAW a few weeks ago, the All Mighty WWE Champion Bobby Lashley took on Xavier Woods in a Non-Title Match inside the Hell in a Cell Structure, which the All Mighty WWE Champion won. After the match, an injury angle was done, where Xavier Woods was locked inside the structure with MVP and Bobby Lashley, with Woods getting completely annihilated and destroyed by Bobby Lashley as Kofi Kingston was looking on from the outside.
According to recent reports, the reason why Woods was beaten down inside the structure and the reason he was not on RAW is due to him asking for a week off, which was granted. Xavier Woods is set to make his return this Monday on RAW as he will team with Kofi Kingston to face Bobby Lashley and MVP in Tag Team action.
There is no word yet on why Lashley did not appear on RAW this past Monday night, but he will take on Kofi Kingston for the WWE Title at the Money in the Bank PPV Event on July 18th.
