As previously reported, Cuatrero (real name Rogelio Reyes) was found guilty of domestic violence and attempted femicide against WWE star Stephanie Vaquer. At that time, it was announced that Reyes would be sentenced on May 12th.
According to Fightful, Cuatrero, the son of lucha libre legend Cien Caras, has been sentenced to 12 years and 8 months in prison following his conviction in Mexico City for attempted femicide and domestic violence. Prosecutors stated that he assaulted Vaquer during a March 2023 incident, resulting in visible neck injuries. Vaquer filed a complaint with the Mexico City Attorney General's Office, which initiated legal proceedings and led to his arrest.
The Record noted that Cuatrero has been in custody for nearly two years as the case progressed through the court system. This time may count toward his sentence, leaving approximately 10 years and 8 months remaining. Under Mexican law, sentence reductions for good behavior may be possible after "at least half of the sentence" is served, but any adjustments would still require legal approval.
Cuatrero was released from prison last year while the case was pending and returned to the ring at an independent show in Mexico in March 2026. However, this arrangement has ended following the latest ruling. As of now, Vaquer has not publicly commented on the sentencing.
