Report: Fans Experience Heating Issues During This Past Monday’s WWE RAW

According to KGNS News, District 5 council member Ruben Gutierrez, who represents the area where WWE RAW was held this past Monday, explained that the heating issues at the Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, Texas, were due to the arena losing power in the afternoon before the event.

The report noted that although power was eventually restored, the preparations for RAW, which began at 4 PM, did not allow enough time for the arena to cool down. Inside the venue, fire preparations were underway, and pyrotechnics were being tested, which caused the temperature to rise.

Once the doors opened at 5:30 PM, over 8,000 fans were already inside. The air conditioning system struggled to cope with the heat from both the large crowd and the ongoing pyrotechnics. While fans did experience discomfort, the Laredo Fire Department reported no instances of illness or injuries from the event.
