According to Fightful.com, WWE star Ludwig Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, was recently arrested on battery charges in Florida. The news surfaced after Barthel's mugshot appeared on Recently Booked, a resource for real-time booking information and arrest records.
Sean Ross Sapp confirmed the accuracy of the arrest report, noting that the battery charge followed an altercation with a male individual whose identity has not been disclosed. It is important to clarify that this incident is not classified as domestic battery, despite some speculation online.
PWInsider.com also reported that the incident does not involve domestic violence. Kaiser bonded out of the Orange County Corrections facility in Orlando on a $1,000 bail shortly after 11:20 PM ET. He was arrested and booked at 2:37 PM on the same day in Orange County, which is near Orlando. As of now, WWE has not made any official comments regarding the situation.
Ludwig Kaiser has been with WWE since 2017 and is a former WWE Speed Men’s Champion.
