Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com is reporting that WWE Payback 2023 at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA. on Saturday, September 2 marked the highest-grossing WWE event in the history of the company running the Pittsburgh market.
WWE Payback 2023 was hosted by the returning legend John Cena and featured Seth "Freakin'" Rollins vs. Shinsuke Nakamura in the main event for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.
The company announced a reported live attendance of 14,584 fans inside the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA. for WWE Payback 2023.
