Sammy Guevara has been suspended by AEW.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful Select is reporting that the concussion protocol was not followed, resulting in Guevara hitting his finisher on Jeff Hardy during the match where Hardy suffered a badly broken nose, which was not supposed to happen.
It is unclear how long the suspension will last or when he will return.
