Fightfulselect.com has more information, noting that it was a "top star" from the NXT brand but that the identity is unknown. However, there isn't too much concern about this superstar's positive test leading to an outbreak as this person did a good job isolating and isn't known to hang around in groups or at least with other NXT wrestlers. The positive test is also said to have little impact on the company's plans for TakeOver this weekend.
