Ric Flair is feeling good these days.

So good that he's going to lace up the boots one final time.

As noted, "The Nature Boy" will be coming out of retirement at age 73 for a comeback match that will see him team up with FTR to take on the trio of The Rock 'N' Roll Express and a mystery tag-team partner.

The bout will be featured as a special one night only "Jim Crockett Promotions Presents: Ric Flair’s Last Match” event on Sunday, July 31 at Starrcast V live from the Nashville Fairgrounds in Nashville, TN.

During the discussion, 'Naitch spoke about his feelings heading into the match at age 73, how he is feeling physically, the footage of him training in the ring that went viral online and more.

Featured below are some of the highlights from the discussion where he touches on these topics with his thoughts.

On his feelings heading into this out of retirement match: “[Wrestling] in my blood. It’s my life. So, I thought, why not one more go-around?"

On how he is feeling from a physical standpoint heading into the bout: “I feel better about myself now than I did 12 years ago. I now weigh 223. The last time I wrestled, I weighed 240.”

On the viral video footage that shows him working out in the ring with Jay Lethal in preparation for his comeback match: “That was just an experiment to make sure my pacemaker didn’t come unplugged from landing on the mat."

On working on the trademark spot that sees him flipped upside down in the corner and running the apron to climb to the top only to be thrown off: “That’s what I’m working on. It’s just a timing issue. I’ll guarantee I’ll be coming off the top rope. Whether it’s the flip or not, I don’t know.”
