Ric Flair celebrated his 73rd birthday on Friday evening.
After sharing photos on his birthday celebration on February 25, "The Nature Boy" resurfaced on Twitter today and issued a statement regarding his son Reid, who passed away at age 25 back in 2013.
"As great as yesterday was, I hope everyone will be as respectful in remembering my son who passed away in 2013," wrote the two-time WWE Hall of Fame legend. "He meant the world to me as well as his sisters, brother and mother!"
'Naitch continued, "We've all come to realize that he's in a much better place [and] safe!"
The Nature Boy concluded his social media statement by writing, "I love you Reid, forever! - Dad."
