Rich Swann wants to stand across the squared circle from Kenny Omega again before all is said-and-done.
The former IMPACT Wrestling Champion recently appeared as a guest on the "Insight with Chris Van Vliet" podcast for an in-depth interview covering all things pro wrestling.
During the discussion, Swann made it clear that after having his IMPACT Championship reign ended at the hands of "The Cleaner" at the IMPACT Rebellion 2021 pay-per-view and never getting the rematch that all champions are entitled to upon the conclusion of their run with the title, he wants another shot at The Elite member.
“There’s a lot of unfinished business," Swann said of Omega. "We never got a rematch, you know what I’m saying? Man, I know that Forbidden Door is still open, your boy Kaz [Frankie Kazarian] just had a world title shot at Impact against Josh [Alexander]. You know what I mean? And he’s a part of AEW.”
Swann continued, delivering a message directly to the All Elite Wrestling Executive Vice President and calling him out for a second showdown inside the ring ropes of AEW or IMPACT Wrestling.
“Hey Kenny, this is a message to you," Swann began. "Don’t be scared, I know you beat me, I know you beat me. But hey, don’t be scared. Let’s run it back."
