As previously reported, prior to RAW last Monday, WWE taped a 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match between Ricochet and Mustafa Ali, which saw Ricochet come out on top by securing the 2nd and 3rd fall of the match. It was revealed that this match could be the end of Ricochet and Mustafa Ali's rivalry.
This 2-Out-Of-3 Falls Match on WWE Main Event comes after a recent series of Ali vs. Ricochet matches on the show, with Mustafa Ali winning the April 29th match, Ricochet winning the May 6th match and it ending in a double count out on the May 13th episode.
A fan even took to Twitter and said that this was easily the best WWE Main Event match of the year so far.
