Pro wrestling legend Brian James won't be serving as the President of the Dolph Ziggler fan-club anytime soon.
The WWE Hall of Fame legend and former long-time behind-the-scenes executive for the company sounded off with his unfiltered thoughts on "The Show-Off" on the latest installment of his "Oh... You Didn't Know" podcast.
During the episode, Road Dogg claimed that the longtime WWE veteran is "his own worst enemy," while also admitting that no one, including himself, can deny the actual talent that the performer has in terms of his bell-to-bell delivery inside the squared circle.
“I have my qualms about Dolph Ziggler,” Road Dogg said. “He’s one of the best workers and bumpers I’ve seen in a long time."
He added, "He just is his own worst enemy sometimes."
From there, Road Dogg noted that Ziggler's attitude sometimes gets in the way of his own success, despite him being among the best bump-takers in the history of the business.
"I think it’s just, I don’t know if it’s the attitude of, the older guys don’t know what they’re doing," he continued. "He just always has a, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah’ attitude and doesn’t ever do anything you say. But, I do think, to this day, he is one of the best bumpers in the industry and has been around doing it to this day."
