"The Final Boss" is going to have a busy week.
After his appearance on the WrestleMania XL "go-home" episode of WWE Monday Night Raw at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, The Rock will once again make a WWE appearance before he returns to the ring on "The Grandest Stage of Them All" this weekend.
The WWE legend surfaced on social media on Monday evening to announce that he will be inducting his grandmother, Lia Maivia, into the 2024 class of the WWE Hall of Fame during the induction ceremony this Friday immediately following the WrestleMania XL "go-home" episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown on FOX.
"I’m honored to announce, that I will be inducting my grandmother, Lia Maivia, into the WWE Hall of Fame, class of 2024," Rock wrote via his Instagram page. "One of the first ever female promoters of professional wrestling."
Rock continued, "She was a trail blazer. She was a protector of our family. She was the real Final Boss."
