At ROH's recent 19th Anniversary Show, the ROH World TV Title changed hands when Tracy Williams won a one-on-one match against former ROH World TV Champion Kenny King. Williams won the match and captured the ROH World TV Title via pinfall after hitting Kenny King with a piledriver.
The match was supposed to see Dragon Lee battle Tracy Williams for the ROH World TV Title, but Dragon Lee was removed from the match due to him requiring surgery for a ruptured eardrum and Kenny King was his replacement.
