While Rob Van Dam might be, "One of a Kind," even he will admit that when it comes to 2021, Kenny Omega is Number One.
The WWE Hall of Fame legend took to social media after appearing on a recent SportsKeeda panel of wrestling legends, where he posted about his pick for the number one overall wrestler of the year last year.
"Dude, I think Kenny Omega is just that 'One of a Kind' wrestler [and] that’s why he is my Male Wrestler of the year for #SKWrestlingAwards," wrote RVD via his official Twitter page. "Vote for your picks at https://bit.ly/3rFIViX.
"The Cleaner" caught wind of the tweet posted by "Mr. Monday Night" and hopped on his own Twitter feed to respond with his thoughts.
"One of the freakiest athletes to ever do it. [Jean Claude Van Damme] and RVD were the two sole reasons I worked on my flexibility as a teen," Omega began in his response to Van Dam's tweet. "Helped in hockey and probably saved my career in wrestling more times than I can count! Thanks, legend!"
