Several WWE Non-Roster Cuts Today Including Executive Leading Creative Team

WWE went through a round of big cuts earlier today, with the biggest and only name known at the moment being Christine Lubano, who headed up the Creative Writing team for the company.

PWInsiderelite.com reported this evening that Lubrano, whose official title was Senior Vice President, Creative Writing Operations, has been let go. She was among about a dozen departures spread across multiple departments including on the creative team, photography and more.

Lubrano joined WWE in 2021 and was responsible for overseeing strategic operations for WWE's creative division with all three brands - Raw, Smackdown and NXT - rolling up to her and Bruce Prichard. The two of them reported directly to Paul Levesque so this is a major departure.

Lubrano's exit is another significant change within WWE's leadership team as the company continues to restructure under the TKO banner. As of now, it is not clear what led to her dismissal and there is no confirmation either way that her firing was influenced at all by the creative of WrestleMania 41.
