As previously reported, Eva Marie made her return this past Monday night on RAW and was set to battle Naomi in Singles action, but NXT UK Star Piper Niven worked the match instead of Marie and completely annihilated Naomi in quick fashion.
Shortly after her match on RAW, Niven received a number of negative and disparaging comments from the fans due to her weight, but several fellow WWE Superstars came to her defense and called out the fans for their disgusting behavior.
Superstars such as Charlotte Flair, Mia Yim, NXT North American Champion Bronson Reed and one-half of the NXT Tag Team Champions Nash Carter took to their Twitters and sent out their support for Niven as well as called out the fans who body shamed her.
