Another special first look at Samoa Joe as "Sweet Tooth" in the new Peacock original series, "Twisted Metal" has arrived.
On Monday, Peacock released a new "explicit" trailer for the highly-anticipated series based on the wildly popular video game franchise, starring Anthony Mackie, Neve Campbell, Stephanie Beatriz, Thomas Hayden Church and AEW superstar Samoa Joe.
The "explicit trailer" prominently features footage of Samoa Joe in his role as "Sweet Tooth," giving fans a good idea of what to expect from the reigning ROH World Television Champion in the new show.
As noted, "The King of Television" will portray "Sweet Tooth" in the series, while the actual voice for the character will be provided by voice actor and comedy actor Will Arnett of "Arrested Development" fame.
The official synopsis for the series from IMDB reads: "Twisted Metal Follows a motor-mouthed outsider offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland."
"Twisted Metal" featuring Samoa Joe as "Sweet Tooth" is scheduled to premiere on Peacock on Thursday, July 27, 2023.
