It was reported back in May that the WWE was interested in signing “Speedball” Mike Bailey to a full-time contract and they were even working to secure his work Visa and take care of the issues in order to bring him in. Immediately following his match against Josh Alexander at Sunday’s Destiny Wrestling Event in Canada, Mike Bailey was offered a contract by IMPACT Wrestling EVP Scott D’Amore, which Mike signed without hesitation.
Bailey took to his Twitter and commented on signing with IMPACT Wrestling. IMPACT Star Josh Alexander took to Twitter as well and gave his comments on Bailey's signing. Mike Bailey made his pro wrestling debut back in 2006 and has wrestled for promotions like ROH, CZW, PROGRESS Wrestling, Revolution Pro, and wXw, among others.
