MLW recently held television tapings for their 2021 War Chamber Event inside the legendary 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The show saw a 5-On-5 War Chamber Match as the main event.

- Alex Kane def. Myron Reed, Alex Shelley, ACH and Zenshi in a Fatal 5-Way Ladder Match to become the new MLW National Openweight Champion.
- "Big Beef" Gnarls Garvin def. Budd Heavy in a Singles Match.
- nZo def. Matt Cross in a Singles Match. After the match, KC Navarro made his way out and confronted nZo.
- TJP def. Calvin Tankman in an MLW Opera Cup 2021 Semi-Final Match. Alex Kane and King Mo interfered in the match, allowing TJP to pick up the victory.
- 5150 (Slice Boogie and Rivera) def. Los Parks (El Hijo de L.A. Park and L.A. Park Jr.) in a Philly Street Fight to become the new MLW Tag Team Champions.
- KC Navarro def. Warhorse in a Singles Match.
- The Sea Stars (Ashley Vox and Delmi Exo) def. The Top Dogs (Davienne and Skylar) in a Tag Team Match. Willow Nightingale was on commentary for this match and was attacked by Holidead, with the two brawling to the back.
- Davey Richards def. TJP to win the 2021 MLW Opera Cup.
- L.A. Park def. Homicide in a Singles Match.
- Holidead def. Willow Nightingale in a Singles Match.
- Arez def. Aramis in a Singles Match. (Winner Receives An Undisclosed Amount Of Money In A Briefcase From Cesar Duran)
- The Hammerheads (Alexander Hammerstone, Richard Holliday, EJ Nduka, Jeff “Matanza Duran” Cobb and Savio Vega) def. CONTRA UNIT (Jacob Fatu, Josef Samael, Ikuro Kwon, Mads Krugger and CONTRA Foot Soldier) in a 5-On-5 War Chamber Match. After the match, Jacob Fatu fought with the other members of CONTRA UNIT.
