MLW recently held television tapings for their Battle Riot IV Event, which took place from inside the Melrose Ballroom in New York City. The tapings saw Jacob Fatu win the 40-Man Battle Riot Match in the main event.

- Cesar Duran made his way down to the ring to open the show, however MLW World Heavyweight Champion Alexander Hammerstone made his way out and brawled with Cesar Duran’s security. Richard Holliday then made his way out and beat Alexander Hammerstone down with a Steel Chair, with Cesar Duran announcing that later in the evening, Alexander Hammerstone and Richard Holliday will face off in a Falls Count Anywhere Match.
- KC Navarro def. Mini Abismo Negro in a Singles Match.
- Jacob Fatu def. nZo via disqualification in a Singles Match.
- Davey Richards def. Alex Kane (c) to become the new MLW National Openweight Champion.
- Scarlett Bordeaux def. Clara Carreras in a Singles Match.
- Alexander Hammerstone (c) def. Richard Holliday in a Falls Count Anywhere Match to retain his MLW World Heavyweight Championship. After the match, EJ Nduka attacked Alexander Hammerstone setting up a future match.
- Myron Reed (c) def. Lince Dorado, La Estrella and Arez in a 4-Way Match to retain his MLW Middleweight Championship.
- Samoan Swat Team (Juicy Finau and Lance Anoa’i) def. Los Maximos (Joel Maximo and Jose Maximo) in a Tag Team Match.
- Killer Kross def. Matt Cross in a Singles Match.
- Taya Valkyrie (c) def. Brittany Blake to retain her MLW Women’s Featherweight Championship.
- Jacob Fatu wins the 40-Man Battle Riot Match.
