Former IMPACT Wrestling Star Taryn Terrell recently appeared on Vickie Guerrero’s “Excuse Me” podcast to talk about a number of topics such as her wrestling career and what she’s been up to since leaving pro wrestling as a full-time performer.
Terrell currently works in Hollywood as a stunt woman and an actress, but she recently appeared on an episode of NWA Powerrr. Taryn talked about how she is able to fit all of these in her schedule. Taryn Terrell said the good news is the NWA's tapings are only for three days and the next one is not until June. Taryn also said her family has a crazy schedule and they are used to it and so are her kids and they are always moving and flowing, so they find time.
Taryn said, “The good news is the tapings there are for three days. I think the next one is not until June. So, it’s not so bad as far as tapings. We (her family) have a crazy schedule and we’re used to it. My kids are used to it. We don’t know anything but crazy. We are always moving and flowing, so we find time.”
Taryn Terrell then talked about possibly going back to pro wrestling. Taryn said she is not sure, but she misses wrestling so much, and you know how it is, that when you're not in it, it hurts your heart that you are not part of it. Taryn also said she doesn’t know that she can go the way these girls are now and she has got to be honest, they're intense and she's in a different world, so she doesn’t know and she will see.
Taryn said, “I’m not sure. I miss wrestling so much. You know how it is. When you’re not in it, it hurts your heart that you’re not part of it. Right before you’re ready to go through the curtain, I’m like, ‘I don’t think I remember everything. Am I ok? Am I going to do this?’ It’s like this panic and then you’re like, ‘I don’t think I know anything.’ Then you go out and do it and it’s like this release of all of this adrenaline. It’s the worst and the best feeling at the same time. I miss that challenge and that rush so much. So I got that feeling. I don’t know that I can go the way that these girls go now. I got to be honest. They’re intense. I’m in a different world, so I don’t know. We’ll see."
Taryn Terrell then talked about working for the NWA without a contract.
Taryn said, “They don’t do, as far as I know, at least in my situation, there’s no contract or anything. They film, like, in three days, we did a PPV in eight episodes, which is one season. Everything wraps up in that season. It’s hard to say if I will have a movie then or not. For now, it’s working. We’ll see and maybe I would be open to contracts. I like to go where life sort of takes me and enjoy the ride.”
