Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin are the new AEW Tag Team Champions.
The duo, who were wrestling on behalf of the Hurt Syndicate, defaeted Private Party’s Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen to capture the coveted titles. Lashley secured the win by pinning Kassidy following a crushing spear, and ending Private Party's reign at just under three months.
This victory also marks a significant milestone for Lashely and Benjamin, For Benjamin, this title win makes him a six-time tag team champion across WWE, ROH, and AEW. As for Lashley, this is the former world champion's first major promotion tag team title win, further solidifying his dominance in AEW.
