Jon Alba of The Takedown on Sports Illustrated reports that TNA Wrestling is showing significant interest in bringing top indie wrestling star Richard Holliday to the company. The report states that Holliday's name has been frequently mentioned in the TNA locker room, with several stars advocating for his signing.
Additionally, it was noted that one pitch in TNA involved Holliday being revealed as Mr. Elegance, a role that ultimately went to AJZ. There is currently no information regarding any formal discussions between Holliday and TNA, although multiple individuals in management and on the TNA roster have expressed interest in working with him.
Holliday was previously a part of the MLW roster from 2018 to 2024, where he was a member of The Dynasty stable alongside stars such as MJF and Alex Hammerstone. Together, Holliday and MJF became MLW Tag Team Champions after defeating The Hart Foundation in 2019, though they later lost the titles to The Von Erichs later that same year. In 2023, Holliday made his return to the ring after battling Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, and later in the year, he also had a WWE tryout.
